This website is operated by Nostos Books, an independent online bookstore based in the Netherlands.
We specialize in Greek and translated literature, offering readers in the Netherlands and the EU easy access to books from Greece.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€).
We accept secure online payments via iDEAL, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders can be canceled only before shipping. After dispatch, the standard return policy applies.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment.
Standard delivery times:
• Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Belgium: 2–4 business days after dispatch
All orders are shipped with track & trace through trusted carriers (PostNL, DHL, or DPD).
Shipping costs:
Netherlands:
€4.95 flat rate for orders under €45
Free shipping for orders of €45 or more
Belgium:
€8.90 flat rate for orders under €70
Free shipping for orders of €70 or more
If your delivery is delayed due to postal or external factors, we will inform you promptly.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please email contact@vivliopolionostos.nl with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong book, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Your personal information is used only for processing your order and communicating with you about your purchase.
We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
