Shipping & Returns

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment.

  • Standard delivery times:
    • Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch
    • Belgium: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • All orders are shipped with track & trace through trusted carriers (PostNL, DHL, or DPD).

  • Shipping costs:

  • Netherlands:
    €4.95 flat rate for orders under €45
    Free shipping for orders of €45 or more

  • Belgium:
    €8.90 flat rate for orders under €70
    Free shipping for orders of €70 or more

  • If your delivery is delayed due to postal or external factors, we will inform you promptly.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.

  • To start a return, please email us at contact@vivliopolionostos.nl with your order number and reason for return.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

  • If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong book, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
